Conceptual & Logical Design [LEGO models & Wireframes]
Process 2: Developing Alternative Designs
Conceptual Design:
In the early stage of the design process, conceptual design is the stage where the general outlines of an object's shape and purpose are defined. It covers the design of experiences, interactions, procedures, and strategies. Therefore, we applied the LEGO Serious Play method to show how the persona would use our new digital solution in the scenario described in the user persona below.

Logical Design:
Logical design translates the conceptual design into a more detailed, technology-agnostic design. It is more realistic than conceptual design. We applied the Crazy 8 method to generate UI metaphors and sketches. Within 8 minutes, each of our members individually sketches their ideas of interfaces with appropriate metaphors. We then vote and choose the best ideas to bring forward for the UI design. The pictures below show the sketches of each member.

Wireframe:
After we vote for the best ideas, we start by producing the wireframe using a digital platform, Figma.
